No. We do not and will not use Artificial Intelligence in the creation of our images. All our art is 100% human-made. Our designers and fine artists are held to the highest standard of quality and ethics to produce authentic and appropriate artwork. We care about the individual artists and their livelihoods. Because of this, we refuse to use AI in any part of our product in any way.

With what versions of 5e are the Kingdom of Keshanar or Ra-Memnon and the Book of Gates compatible?
The Kingdom of Keshanar or Ra-Memnon and the Book of Gates are both designed with the 2024 version in mind. Much like the 2024 version, it is backwards compatible to be converted to the 2014 version of 5e.

Will there be a pledge manager?
Yes, indeed! We’ll be using BackerKit as our pledge manager. About 2-3 weeks after the campaign concludes, you’ll receive an email with a survey. In that survey, you can share your address, upgrade your pledge tier, and add any extra items you’d like.

When will I be charged?
After the Kickstarter campaign ends on May 7th, Kickstarter will automatically charge your chosen payment method. If you’ve picked a physical reward, remember that you’ll still need to cover shipping (check our estimated prices) and any applicable sales tax. The exact amount depends on your order, location, and local tax rates. BackerKit will calculate this for you when it’s time to fulfill orders.

What are stretch goals?
Stretch goals are additional products and features we aim to unlock as our Kickstarter campaign reaches certain funding milestones. They will be automatically included in your pledge of the relevant tier and do not increase the cost of their respective included tier.

How do I get my VIP Dice?
Early backers will have their VIP dice added to their order in the pledge manager. When the Pledge Manager sends surveys, you can tell us your VIP email address if it differs from the email address you used to sign in to Kickstarter. We will use this to confirm your VIP reservation and deliver your VIP rewards along with the rest of your rewards.

Are the cards in the card packs in the book?
Yes and no. The card information is in the book as profiles and stat blocks. The digital cards will be available in PDF format. The purchase of the cards is meant to streamline access for players who wish to use them.

Where do I purchase add-ons?
Once you’ve selected a tier during checkout, you can include add-ons. If you didn’t choose them initially, you can easily add them later by clicking on ‘manage your pledge’ and then ‘change your pledge.’
Furthermore, when we send out our surveys, you’ll have another opportunity to increase your pledge and purchase add-ons. There’s no need to be concerned about missing out.

From the beginning, this project has been developed with the immense help of Dr. Jill Waller, our resident Egyptologist. Dr. Waller has also connected us with various colleagues in both the U.S. and Egypt who have been of invaluable assistance. What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
